1. 3 Days Return Policy:

1.1. You have a 3-day window from the date of delivery to return your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return for a refund or exchange.

1.2. To qualify for a return, the item you wish to return must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It should be unworn or unused.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, complete with the label and tag.

2. Return Fee:

2.1. A return fee of 300 INR will be applied per returned item to cover return processing and restocking costs.

3. Free Exchange Policy:

3.1. Enjoy a hassle-free exchange process at no extra cost. Exchange your purchase for an item of equal or lesser value, contingent upon product availability.

3.2. If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide alternative options or issue a refund.

3.3. You have up to 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange for your order.

4. Initiating a Return/Exchange:

4.1. Contact our customer service team at care@aulze.com within the 3-day return/exchange period. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and any pertinent details.

4.2. Upon authorization, securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided by our customer service team.

5. Refund Process:

5.1. After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5.2. If approved, the refund (minus the return fee) will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
